General terms and conditions:

  1. By accessing InnaSoft.com or requesting services from InnaSoft Ltd you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of:
  2. The terms and conditions of use may be changed at any time by InnaSoft.com online, and your continued access to the website or requesting services or using web site designed by InnaSoft Ltd means that you agree to be bound by the most current version of the terms and conditions of use.
  3. InnaSoft Ltd is a web design company providing design and site optimisation services for Clients.
  4. Our own web site www.InnaSoft.com and all content of InnaSoft.com is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights.
  5. Any software or domain, hosting costs of their sites must be paid by the Clients.
  6. The Client registers a domain name and web site hosting himself. Please, see attached hosting requirements.
  7. The domain name and hosting should be registered in one and the same company which fits the requirements.
  8. InnaSoft ltd can help our customers by their request to register a domain name and hosting in the third companies. InnaSoft ltd is not a hosting company.
  9. InnaSoft ltd and its staff have not got any responsibilities to the services provided by a hosting company or any other companies mentioned on our web site.
  10. InnaSoft ltd has got no responsibilities to the information published on the sites that we have designed for our Clients.
  11. Should we agree with the Client that InnaSoft Ltd registers the domain name and web site hosting due to , these expenses will be issued in the invoice as extra expenses and not be included in the agreed some for the initial services.

Web design terms& conditions

  1. The following terms and conditions apply to all web site design services offered by InnaSoft ltd.
  2. Requesting the web site design / SEO the Clients approve "How It Works"  steps.
  3. InnaSoft ltd uses templates as a starting point for the web site design and customization.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse to construct a web site which we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by, sites containing adult oriented material such as pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation and sites which infringe copyright or are contrary to UK laws.
  5. All material, both text and images supplied by the Client and used in the construction of the client's web site, will remain the client's property. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the client and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws.
  6. The Clients are solely responsible for all information and images published on their sites and any consequences that may result from Clients' post.
  7. We assume that all text be provided by the customer in electronic format in our site content template and that all photographs and other graphics will be provided physically in high quality print suitable for scanning or electronically in .gif, .jpeg or .tiff format.
  8. We assume that all text has been checked for spelling and errors.
  9. We ask that you send us this text in final proof read form, to save time and ensure your site is completed quickly.
  10. InnaSoft ltd will not start any work until we have received full payment in advance, all the text, images and site hosting info.
  11. You will get exactly the services you have prepaid.
  12. We regret that we cannot refund any payments after work has commenced.
  13. InnaSoft ltd will publish the website to the hosting company server.
  14. Having received FULL payment, all the text, images and site hosting info we will present you with a sample design within 5 working days.
  15. You may either accept this, or request changes.
  16. We regret that we can only allow 3 requests for changes within 7 days of presenting the initial design, however, you may specify more than one change per request.
  17. After this period, changes will be charged at our usual rate.
  18. InnaSoft ltd will make every effort to design pages which display acceptably in the most popular current browsers, but cannot accept responsibility for pages which do not display acceptably in new versions of browsers released after pages have been designed.
  19. Client can order special search engine optimisation (SEO) packages to achieve the better position in the Internet.
  20. Client takes all responsibilities if during updating the site by himself / herself (by his/her friend, partner or other designer) he / she will spoil the site. The restoration of the site will be chargable according current 'per hour' rates.
